update EventCard.vue and nuxt.config.ts ... c99c9876a7

`update nuxt.config.ts`
added reka-ui to the nuxt config
  - needed for the scrollbar, and maybe other things we'd want later down the line

`update app/components/EventCard.vue`
made even description text take the full width of its container to not leave weird blank spaces
  - this uses the reka-ui scrollview to make it easier to have the styled scrollbar on all browsers
