deleted public/data/{events,lectures}.json

created events api endpoint
  - will query the discord API with the given discord token (must be set)
  - cached discord api response for 12 hours to prevent rate limiting

created lectures api endpoint
  - will query the youtube data v3 api with the given api token (must be set)
  - cached api response for 24 hours to prevent rate limiting

created respective types for each new endpoint and their external api requests

added @nuxthub/core for caching
added @types/bun cause apparently i forgot to do that and i got confuseded
